Duration: Weekly giveaway, ongoing until further notice. Each cycle lasts 7 days.

How to Enter

• Post an Instagram story tagging:
• @berry_nuts (Mexico) or
• @getberrynuts (USA)
• Your account must be public during participation.
• A “like” or reaction from the organizer confirms your entry.

Participant Requirements

• Must be a real person (no bots, fake or duplicate accounts).
• Account must show organic activity (real followers, normal engagement).
• Must be 18+ or have parental consent.

Winner Selection

• 1 winner per week.
• Selected randomly from valid entries.
• Draw will be conducted live on Instagram:
• Alternating between @berry_nuts  (Spanish) and @getberrynuts (English)

Prize

• $400 USD (or local currency equivalent).
• Additional Berry Nuts products (varies).
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

Prize Delivery

• Winner will be contacted via DM.
• If no response within 72 hours, another winner may be selected.
• Delivery may vary depending on location and logistics.

Restrictions

• Duplicate, automated, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• Organizer reserves the right to verify account authenticity.

Liability

• Participants release Instagram from any responsibility.
